Terms of Service
Motorrad Club is operated by Amaresh (individual). By creating an account or using Motorrad Club, you agree to these Terms with Amaresh as the service provider.
Service
Motorrad Club provides motorcycle ride tracking, telemetry, club chat, AI-assisted features, and optional Club Pro subscriptions. The app is a riding companion tool — not a substitute for safe riding judgment, vehicle maintenance by a qualified mechanic, or emergency services.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app while operating a vehicle in a way that violates local traffic laws.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content in chat or ride media.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.
Location and safety features
Background location is used to record rides when the foreground service is active during a ride. SOS and crash-related features depend on device sensors and connectivity and may not work in all conditions.
Club Pro subscriptions
Paid features are governed by our Club Pro subscription terms and Google Play billing policies.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Telemetry and AI outputs are informational only and may be inaccurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
